This gusty little filly clinched the New Zealand Bloodstock Filly of the Year series by winning the Cambridge Stud *Sir Tristram Classic (NZ-G2) on February 7. Taatletail also strung together wins in the 2003 Highview Stakes (NZ-G3), Indian Danehill Lowland Stakes (NZ-G3), New Zealand One Thousand Guineas (NZ-G1), and the *Sir Tristram Classic and finished second by a nose against males in the '03 Bayer Classic (NZ-G1). She was due to race at Ellerslie on Saturday and then campaign in Australia.
